This policy document aims to communicate the conditions and processes present for the refund of purchase. The points mentioned in this document are guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer concerning your purchase. Asknavigator hereby advises you to read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Who is Asknavigator?

Asknavigator, a company incorporated under the laws of India, has its registered office in Panipat, Haryana,  India (“Asknavigator”) is an Internet company that offers Digital solutions through its website www.asknavigator.com and its mobile application. It provides leads to packers and movers doing their business in INDIA.

2. What is a Refund Policy?

Users are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Refund Policy. In keeping with Asknavigator’s goal of ensuring User satisfaction, this refund policy is set by Asknavigator, at this moment, you are advised to read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

A vendor can apply for a refund if:

2.1 Refund amount will be refunded to your original payment mode after21 business days(Bank holidays not included) after refund conditions are verified.

2.2 If the vendor doesn’t want to continue his/her business with us because of Lead quality issues or a bad experience Then, Total balance left in the vendor’s account will be liable to pay by Ask Navigator.
It doesn’t include voucher balance and GST.

2.3 If there are any irrelevant issues or any personal issues from the vendor’s side about a refund then,  1000 will be deducted as convenience fees by AskNavigator.

2.4 If any vendor is blacklisted from the company, then they are not applicable for a refund.

3. How to Get a Refund?

Contact Vendor support of asknavigator and submit your refund request via call or WhatsApp; after refund conditions are verified, your Refund amount will be refunded to your original payment mode after21 business days(Bank holidays not included).

Note: If you restart your account, your refund request will be discarded, and if you want to request a refund after that, you have to go through the same process again. 

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to any vendor who does not comply with our Partner Policies.
